Each Held. order is thoughtfully prepared in limited quantities with care and intention.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days.
Customized or personalized orders may require additional preparation time.

Delivery

UAE-wide delivery is available.
Standard delivery fee: AED 35.
Free delivery on orders of AED 360 or more.

While we work with trusted delivery partners, delivery times may occasionally be affected by weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the delivery address or contact information provided is incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing hello@heldstore.com or messaging us on WhatsApp (+971 58 983 3816). Kindly include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
